Thank You for your interest in Battleground Youth All Star Game to be held December 28th - December 30th
Battleground works on a 23-man roster format per team that includes
*2 QB positions
*4 RB/LB positions
*6 WR/DB positions
*10 OL/DL positions
*1 ATH which must include QB as one of the multi-positions.
POSITIONS AND PLAYER NUMBERS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
(If requested number is already taken your player will be given the next number available.)
Please be advised players are placed on teams to provide the most competitive games possible. We only guarantee same team placement for siblings in the same age division.
If you choose to accept the challenge, you will be responsible for the entry fee of $254 which will include a full uniform, bag, compression top and bottom, fun day admission for the player, and 2 games. We also offer a uniform only option for $129 that includes a full uniform and 2 games.
We offer both deposit and full payment options.
If you choose the full package option a deposit of $154.00 secures your player’s position. The final payment is due 60 days from the initial payment. If not received by the due date, your player will be moved to the uniform only option. If you choose the uniform only package option a deposit of $54.00 secures your player’s position. The final payment is due 30 days from the initial payment. On the 31st your deposit will be forfeited, and we will re-open the position. There will be no deposit option after October 1st. Full payment of the desired package will be required for commitment.

NO REFUNDS will be issued without medical proof of season-ending injury. If payment has been made in full and your player has suffered a season-ending injury a refund LESS DEPOSIT will be issued, or all funds can be transferred to the next scheduled event with a doctor’s excuse only.
Cancellations received during the registration period will only receive a refund if the position can be filled.
Cancellation due to death in the player’s immediate family received after the deadline and leading up to the event, will be follow the registration period cancellation policy with proper documentation.
NO SHOW POLICY: Cancellation received during the event dates, or not showing will constitute a no-show. No Shows will forfeit all funds and uniform rights.
Commit card. Information will be posted as received. Changes to information or pictures will only be made if there is an error on our part. Invites do not secure your players position, or number.
PLAYERS AND COACHES WILL FILL OUT THE SAME SUBMISSION FORM. GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND CLICK THE FACEBOOK ICON TO JOIN THE EVENT PAGE.
PLAYER WILL RECEIVE UNIFORMS, BAG, COMPRESSION TOP AND PRACTICE SHORTS AND ARM SLEEVES . WINNING TEAM WILL RECEIVE RINGS. ALL AWARDS WILL PRESENTED DURING HALF TIME OF THE FOLLOWING GAME.THE LAST GAME OF THE DAY WILL BE AWARDED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THAT GAME.
PLAYERS WILL HAVE 2 DAYS OF PRACTICE ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY. THERE WILL BE A GAMES ON SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY NIGHT
FAMILY FUN EVENT 7PM-9PM
PLAYERS PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT.
COACHES PLEASE BRING YOUR COACHING EQUIPMENT FOR PRACTICE.
PLAYER MUST BE PASSING 5 OF 6 OR 6 OF 7 CLASSES IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.

CONTROL DATE: GAME WILL BE BY GRADUATION CLASSIFICATION. GRAD CLASSES OF
2036(WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH WAIVER)
K-2ND GRADE 34-36
3RD & 4TH GRADE 32-33
5TH & 6TH GRADE 30-31
7TH & 8TH GRADE 28-29
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT WITH PHYSICAL IN HAND AT CHECK-IN.
ALL VIDEO/YOUTUBE CLIPS, REPORT CARDS AND BIRTH CERTIFICATES MUST BE TURNED IN AFTER YOU RECIEVE YOUR INVITE LETTER.
